WHAT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS DO I NEED ?

Foreign Nationals desirous of coming into India are required to possess a valid passport of their country and Indian Visa. Foreign passengers should ensure that they are in possession of valid Indian Visa before they start their journey to India except nationals of Nepal and Bhutan who do not require Visa to enter India and the nationals of Maldives also do not require visa for entry in India for a period up to 90 days (a separate Visa regime exists for diplomatic/official passport holders).

DO I NEED AN INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE OF VACCINATION ?

Only the travellers coming from Africa, South America need yellow fever vaccinations.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT INDIA ?

The best period to visit India is normally from October till March, when the weather is pleasant in most parts of the country. Now, travel during monsoon months (July – September) is also not a bad idea as appropriate facilities are being provided at places that present a good tourism opportunity during this time as one can stay at Deluxe or Palace hotels without spending a fortune during those months.

HOW SHOULD I TRAVEL AROUND IN INDIA ?

The best way to travel around is to travel by road as this enables you to have a glimpse of real INDIA including villages, their houses and small forts at your own pace which is not possible by air or by train. But, if you are travelling to a longer distance, then flights or trains can be a good idea to save time.

DO I NEED MEDICAL/TRAVEL INSURANCE ?

Yes. It is advisable that you buy a comprehensive medical / travel insurance from your country.

We provide all kinds of travel related services for any occasion – business or pleasure or both. We help you organize conferences, seminars, exhibitions, trade fairs and events, incentive tours, weddings and honeymoons, health tourism, pilgrimage tours or any special interest tours anywhere in India

WHAT IS NORMALLY INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR COST ?

Usually, our tour cost includes hotel accommodations with breakfast, services of private air-conditioned car / van / coach depending on number of persons with driver for all transfers, city tours and excursions as per program, train tickets if applicable, local guides for city tours, entrances to monuments, assistance on arrival and during the tour, some special attractions viz elephant ride, boat ride and all taxes. It is also possible to provide you other language speaking tour escorts/accompanying guides, lunches & dinners, domestic flights and other services on request. There may be a supplement cost applicable for extra services.

DO YOU PROVIDE ONLY ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE TOURS ?

We provide all inclusive package tours but on request, we can also provide particular services only viz. hotel reservation, car / coach hire with driver, flight / train tickets, etc.

WHAT IF I WISH TO EXTEND MY STAY AT ONE OF THE DESTINATIONS ?

You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.

WILL THERE BE ANY CHANGE IN ITINERARY OR DATE OF TOUR AS WE NEED TO PLAN OUR LEAVES AND MAKE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS ACCORDINGLY ?

We do not change the itinerary nor date of the tour, however in case of force majeure events, circumstances force us to change the routing or date of the tour, as the case may be, just for your safety.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES IN MY TRAVEL PLAN ONCE THE BOOKING IS DONE ?

Yes, you can modify your booking or travel plan. There may be certain charges for modifications or for canceling the old booking and making new arrangements. The travel consultants at our offices will assist you for the same.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES IN THE TOUR FOR ANY REASON ?

We shall try to cooperate to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless the principal suppliers levy cancellation / amendment charges.

WHAT KIND OF CARS DO YOU PROVIDE ON YOUR ALL INCLUSIVE TOURS ?

We normally provide air-conditioned Chevorlet Tavera/Toyota Innovafoy upto 4 persons, Tempo Traveler for 5 – 8 persons, Mini Coach for 9 – 15 persons and Large coaches for larger groups. If you want a luxury car, then we can also provide you the same but there may be extra cost applicable in such casae.

WILL I KNOW WHICH HOTELS I WILL BE STAYING IN BEFORE I GO?

We shall send you a complete list of hotels at the time of confirmation of our services and before asking you for payment.

HOW WILL I MEET YOUR REPRESENTATIVE ON ARRIVAL IN INDIA ?

You will meet our representative at airport on arrival and he will hold a placard for identification. We shall also send you emergency 24 hours contact numbers on which you may contact any time in case of any problem.
